One visit, from the app to the payout.
A booking made in the SERVORA app is the same visit your front desk checks in and bills, and the same one its therapist is paid commission on. One record, start to finish, made for spas in the Philippines.
Ana picks a service, a time and Mika in the SERVORA app. It is on your front desk the moment she confirms.
The desk, the rooms, the money and every branch.
Each part of the spa has its own screen, and every screen works from the same visits.
The front desk sees every appointment, walk-in and free therapist as it happens, and runs the queue from check-in to the last service.

The Free Trial lasts 14 days and has the same features as Basic: one branch, two user accounts, reservations, walk-ins, staff, payments, reviews and reports. The client app, packages, loyalty and memberships, and report export come with Premium and Enterprise. The trial starts once your business is verified, and you can choose a plan at any time.
An owner account, your DTI business name certificate, the mayor’s permit of each branch, and a government ID with a quick face scan. The Servora team reviews them, usually within 1–2 business days, and SERVORA tells you when each one is approved or needs fixing. You can set up a branch while it is being reviewed; clients can’t see or book it until it is verified.
Yes. Owners create accounts for managers and front-desk staff, each with their own permissions. You set what each role may do in your staff policy, and can adjust any one account. Each plan sets how many accounts you can have.
Basic and the Free Trial cover one branch, Premium up to five, and Enterprise as many as you need. Every branch keeps its own hours, services, prices and booking rules.
At your front desk on every plan: reservations and walk-ins, with a queue for the people waiting. On Premium and Enterprise, verified branches are also listed in the SERVORA client app on Android, where clients find you on the map, book and follow the queue.
Cash, GCash, Maya, bank transfer and online banking. Every payment is tied to its bill, so each branch’s sales and outstanding balances are always up to date.
By debit or credit card, GCash or Maya, through Xendit; your card details never reach SERVORA. Plans are billed monthly or yearly, and you can turn auto-renew on or off from your subscription page. If a renewal is missed, you get a short grace period before access is paused.
